In order to communicate with a media player via EnGage, the media player must be connected to the internet.
These documents outline the network requirements that allow a media player to communicate with EnGage. If you are unsure of the environment in which your EnGage network resides, contact your account manager or the customer support desk.
A "disconnected" status in the Site Overview tab indicates that the player is failing to connect to EnGage for some reason. This can be determined by following the connectivity issue troubleshooting checklist.
